Implicit Type Conversion(UAEndpointDescriptor,Uri) Operator

Converts a System.Uri to an endpoint descriptor.

Parameters

endpointUri: The URI to be converted,
The value of this parameter can be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Return Value

For a non-null input, returns the endpoint descriptor with the given URI. Returns an endpoint descriptor with an empty URL string if the input is null.

This method never returns null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Remarks

This operator is equivalent to UAEndpointDescriptor Constructor(Uri).

This method or property does not throw any exceptions, aside from execution exceptions such as System.Threading.ThreadAbortException or System.OutOfMemoryException.
