Specifier Property (UACommunicationProfile)

Communication profile specifier in string form, <MessageSecurityMode>:<SecurityPolicy>:<DataEncoding>.

The value of this property cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

The default value of this property is "" (String.Empty).
