'Declaration
<NotNullAttribute()> Public Shared Function FromResourceAddress( _ ByVal resourceAddress As ResourceAddress _ ) As UAPubSubConnectionDescriptor
'Usage
Dim resourceAddress As ResourceAddress Dim value As UAPubSubConnectionDescriptor value = UAPubSubConnectionDescriptor.FromResourceAddress(resourceAddress)
[NotNull()] public static UAPubSubConnectionDescriptor FromResourceAddress( ResourceAddress resourceAddress )
[NotNull()] public: static UAPubSubConnectionDescriptor^ FromResourceAddress( ResourceAddress^ resourceAddress )
Parameters
- resourceAddress
- Network address information in the form of a resource descriptor (can be represented as URL string).
Because the OpcLabs.BaseLib.Networking.ResourceAddress has an implicit conversion from OpcLabs.BaseLib.ResourceDescriptor and System.String, in languages that support implicit conversion operators (such as C# or VB.NET), you can simply use a OpcLabs.BaseLib.ResourceDescriptor object, or a string (descriptor string - usually a URL) in place of this parameter, and the corresponding resource address will be constructed automatically. When the implicit conversion operators are not supported (such as with Python.NET), you can use the OpcLabs.BaseLib.Networking.ResourceAddress.FromResourceDescriptor or OpcLabs.BaseLib.Networking.ResourceAddress.FromString static method instead.
The value of this parameter can be
null
(Nothing
in Visual Basic).
Return Value
This method never returns null
(Nothing
in Visual Basic).
