SearchSecurityGroup(IUAReadOnlyPubSubSecurityKeyService,String) Method

Searches for the security group in the whole PubSub security key service, and returns the security group folder path it is in.

Parameters

readOnlyPubSubSecurityKeyService: OPC UA PubSub security key service (read-only).
The value of this parameter cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).
securityGroupId: The Id of the security group.
The value of this parameter cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Return Value

Returns an array of security group folder names that represents the security group folder path of the security group folder where the security group with Id resides. Returns null if the specified security group Id does not exist in the PubSub security key service.

This method can return null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

The individual elements of the returned value are never null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Remarks

This is an extension method (info: C#, VB.NET). In languages that have support for extensions methods (such as C# and VB.NET), you can use the extension method as if it were a regular method on the object that is its first parameter.
