The value of this property cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

The individual elements of the property value cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

ArrayDimensions are UInt32[] in the OPC UA specification, but in reality, values over System.Int32.MaxValue are unusable.
