A UInt64 identifier of the publisher Id.

Valid values of this parameter are in the range from 1 to 1.844674E+19.

In VBScript, use OpcLabs.EasyOpc.UA.PubSub.UAPublisherId.SetIdentifier with OpcLabs.EasyOpc.UA.PubSub.UAPublisherIdType.UInt64 (4).
