HasProperty Method (UABrowsePathElement)

Creates a new OPC-UA browse path element with given target name, specifying OpcLabs.EasyOpc.UA.AddressSpace.Standard.UAReferenceTypeIds.HasProperty reference, for following in forward direction, and including subtypes.
