Implicit Type Conversion Operator (UAApplicationElement)

The application element to be converted.

The value of this parameter can be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Converts a UAApplicationElement to an endpoint descriptor.

Parameters

applicationElement
The application element to be converted.

The value of this parameter can be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Return Value

For a non-null input, returns the endpoint descriptor that corresponds to the discovery URL of the application element. Returns null if the input is null.

This method can return null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Remarks

For non-null inputs, this operator is equivalent to ToUAEndpointDescriptor.

This method or property does not throw any exceptions, aside from execution exceptions such as System.Threading.ThreadAbortException or System.OutOfMemoryException.
