The node element to be converted.
Converts a UANodeElement to a qualified name.

Parameters

nodeElement
The node element to be converted.

Return Value

For a non-null input, returns the qualified name with expanded text from the browse name of the node element. Returns null if the input is null.
Remarks

This method or property does not throw any exceptions, aside from execution exceptions such as System.Threading.ThreadAbortException or System.OutOfMemoryException.
