Abandon rate multiplier. Must be greater than or equal to 1.0. The OPC item is considered "abandoned" if no read requests to it have been made for abandon interval. In such case it is unsubscribed. The abandon interval is computed by multiplying the aggregated read rate and the value of this property, but it is never shorter than
AbandonIntervalMinimum.
