Parameters

state: The state object specified when the operation was invoked.
The value of this parameter can be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).
vtq: The OpcLabs.EasyOpc.DataAccess.DAVtq (value, timestamp and quality) that is a successful result of the operation.
The value of this parameter cannot be null (Nothing in Visual Basic).
