FromDAAccessRights Method

OpcLabs.EasyOpcClassicCore Assembly > OpcLabs.EasyOpc.DataAccess Namespace > DAAccessRight Class : FromDAAccessRights Method
Combination of enumerated values to be converted.
Converts a combination of enumerated values to a DAAccessRight object.
Syntax
'Declaration

<NotNullAttribute()>
Public Shared Function FromDAAccessRights( _
   ByVal internalValue As DAAccessRights _
) As DAAccessRight
'Usage

Dim internalValue As DAAccessRights
Dim value As DAAccessRight

value = DAAccessRight.FromDAAccessRights(internalValue)
[NotNull()]
public static DAAccessRight FromDAAccessRights(
   DAAccessRights internalValue
)
[NotNull()]
public:
static DAAccessRight^ FromDAAccessRights(
   DAAccessRights internalValue
)

Parameters

internalValue
Combination of enumerated values to be converted.

Return Value

Returns a DAAccessRight converted from the input argument.

Because there is an implicit conversion from DAAccessRight to System.Int64 and DAAccessRights, in languages that support implicit conversion operators (such as C# or VB.NET), you can simply use the return value in place of a System.Int64 (representing the numerical value of the access rights), or in place a DAAccessRights enumeration value. When the implicit conversion operators are not supported (such as with Python.NET), you can use the ToInt64 or ToDAAccessRights static method instead.

This method never returns null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Remarks

In languages that support implicit conversions (such as C# or VB.NET), in many cases you do not have call this method explicitly. When indicated, a call to an available equivalent implicit conversion operator will be created by the compiler automatically.
