Implicit Type Conversion(ObjectDescriptor,Guid) Operator

Converts a System.Guid containing object's CLSID to an object descriptor.

Syntax

Parameters

clsid: Contains the CLSID for the object.

Return Value

Returns the object descriptor created from the System.Guid.

This method never returns null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Remarks

This operator is equivalent to FromGuid.

This method or property does not throw any exceptions, aside from execution exceptions such as System.Threading.ThreadAbortException or System.OutOfMemoryException.
