'Declaration
Public Function New( _ ByVal interfaceName As String, _ ByVal resourceDescriptor As ResourceDescriptor _ )
'Usage
Dim interfaceName As String Dim resourceDescriptor As ResourceDescriptor Dim instance As New ResourceAddress(interfaceName, resourceDescriptor)
public ResourceAddress( string interfaceName, ResourceDescriptor resourceDescriptor )
public: ResourceAddress( String^ interfaceName, ResourceDescriptor^ resourceDescriptor )
Parameters
- interfaceName
- The name of the network interface used for the communication.
The value of this parameter cannot be
null
(Nothing
in Visual Basic). - resourceDescriptor
- The resource descriptor to be used in the resource address.
Because the OpcLabs.BaseLib.ResourceDescriptor has implicit conversions from System.String and System.Uri, in languages that support implicit conversion operators (such as C# or VB.NET), you can simply use a string (usually representing the resource URL), or a System.Uri object, in place of this parameter, and the corresponding resource descriptor will be constructed automatically. When the implicit conversion operators are not supported (such as with Python.NET), you can use the OpcLabs.BaseLib.ResourceDescriptor.FromString or OpcLabs.BaseLib.ResourceDescriptor.FromUri static method instead.
The value of this parameter cannot be
null
(Nothing
in Visual Basic).
