Parameters

publishingInterval: The publishing interval (in milliseconds). Defines the cyclic rate that the Subscription is requested to return Notifications to the Client.
Valid values of this parameter are in the range from 0 to 2147483647 (Int32.MaxValue).
priority: Indicates the relative priority of the Subscription.
