BitsFromValue(UInt64,Int32) Method

Creates sequence data from bits of an unsigned integer value.

Parameters

value: The value to be converted to a sequence of bits.
bitCount: The number of bits from the value to be converted.
Valid values of this parameter are in the range from 0 to 2147483647 (Int32.MaxValue).

Return Value

Returns a sequence data with PrimitiveData elements consisting of bits from the .

This method never returns null (Nothing in Visual Basic).
